No, this is not supported. UltiMaker does not offer replacement nozzles for print cores and does not support the disassembly of the print cores.
The UltiMaker print cores are complete assemblies. These are available in different types, optimized for specific materials, and most print cores have different nozzle sizes. To switch to a different type or size, simply change the entire print core. See the list of print cores and printer compatibility here:

Are you looking to replace the nozzle because it is blocked? Please note that the inside of the print cores can easily be cleaned using the hot and cold pull method. The printers contain guided processes in the firmware. All you need are some pliers and UltiMaker cleaning filament. If you do not have cleaning filament available, a length of other filament such as PLA (2.85 mm) will also work.
Even the most stubborn blockages can be removed with this simple and reliable cleaning method. Although this might require some persistence, it will save you the hassle of trying to disassemble your nozzle or having to purchase a replacement print core.
Third-party nozzles
UltiMaker is aware that third-party manufacturers offer replacement nozzles for UltiMaker print cores. Although users are allowed to try third-party parts and add-ons for UltiMaker products, UltiMaker strongly advises against replacing the nozzle on print cores.
Caution: Disassembling the print core has a high risk of damaging the heat break. This part is thin and fragile. A fractured heat break or leaking nozzle could cause extensive damage to your print head and printer. Any damage caused by third-party nozzles added to your machine is not covered by warranty.
Note: The nozzles for the UltiMaker 2+ and UltiMaker 2+ Connect are not compatible with UltiMaker print cores. The thread specification and the nozzle length are different.
