This article provides an overview of the different subscription plans available for UltiMaker Digital Factory. A subscription is applied directly to a Workspace, determining its features, capabilities, and resource limits.

Core Functionality in All Workspaces
Every Digital Factory Workspace, including the Free plans, provides the core functionality needed to manage your 3D printing workflow. This includes:
- Prepare (Cura Cloud or Cura Desktop): In the “Prepare” section of Digital Factory, you can use Cura Cloud to slice and submit jobs, or you can send jobs from the Cura Desktop application.
- Print: From the Digital Factory interface, you can select any file from your library and send it to any cloud-connected UltiMaker or MakerBot printer.
- Monitor: Once a job is printing, you can monitor its progress in real-time, manage the print queue, and view your printer's status from anywhere.
- Library: Store and manage 3D models and print files. Allow users outside your workspace to submit files via submission links.

Studio
Designed for individual professionals or small teams, this tier provides the tools to enhance collaboration and manage a small set of printers in a single location.
- Key Features:
- Shared Workspace: Manage a single workspace multiple users, multiple printers, and a shared digital library.
- User Roles: Includes Admin, Manager, Member, and Guest roles with defined access rights.
- Expanded Digital Library: A centralized repository for your printable parts that connects directly to Cura Cloud.
- Resource Allocation:
- Up to 5 printers (with an option to expand to 10), Unlimited users, 20 library projects (with no file count limit)
Business
This tier allows companies to manage many printers across multiple locations, streamlining their additive manufacturing processes and facilitating robust team coordination.
- Key Features:
- Multiple Teams: Create and manage multiple teams for different departments or locations.
- Enhanced Reporting: Access comprehensive usage reporting and bulk user import capabilities.

Classroom
This tier enables teachers and students to print together, facilitating more efficient management and integration of 3D printing into lessons.
- Key Features:
- New Student Roles: Introduces Student Manager and Student roles for controlled print and submission workflows.
- Unlimited Print History: Removes the limit on print job history.
- Resource Allocation:Up to 16 printers, 30 users, Unlimited projects
School
