How does UltiMaker PET CF compare to other composites?
The main benefit of using UltiMaker PET CF compared to other composite materials, such as PA CF, is the ease of use, resulting in high print quality and reliability. Specifically, this means low warpage and a great surface finish. In contrast to many other composite materials, it prints well with both CC 0.4 and CC 0.6 print cores. It has a relatively low moisture uptake, which not only makes it possible to use the spools straight out of the box, but also ensures dimensional stability of the prints after the parts are finished.
