Upgrade to +

The Ultimaker 2 and Ultimaker 2 Extended can be upgraded to the '+' series with the Extrusion Upgrade Kit. This enhances the reliability of the machine, but also improves serviceability.

Because of the end of service, unique parts for the Ultimaker 2 series, such as the hot end and feeder may no longer be available. The Ultimaker 2+ and Ultimaker 2 Extended+ are also discontinued, but still within the service phase. The Extrusion Upgrade Kit and Ultimaker 2+ compatible service parts can still be purchased.

The Ultimaker Extrusion Upgrade Kit for the Ultimaker 2 and Ultimaker 2 Extended contains an improved geared feeder for more reliable material feeding and swappable nozzles for greater flexibility. Consider upgrading your Ultimaker 2 to an Ultimaker 2+. Contact your local reseller, or visit this section for more information.
