Certified materials help Ultimaker to remain ahead of other printer manufacturers in terms of parts accuracy and reproducibility.
The LUVOCOM 3F PAHT® 9825 NT material works best when paired with an Ultimaker printer. Don’t just take our word on it. As part of validating this material for certification, we performed consistency and reliability tests, steady tensile strength tests and even emission tests. The most important trials were the steady geometrical accuracy tests.
We 3D scanned prints made with the material on both an Ultimaker S5 using our Engineering profiles, and a competing printer with equivalent settings. These were the results:

78.0% points within ± 0.2 mm on Ultimaker S5 | 71.8% points within ±0.2 mm on competing printer |
The green parts of the image the most accurate with the red and blue sections being less accurate. As you can see, the material shows a highest level of accuracy across the print with the version printed on the Ultimaker S5 proving to be the most accurate of the two.
