If you have recently signed up for an Ultimaker Account, but never received the verification email, then you may be affected by a bug that affects a small section of our new users.
We are investigating the root cause of this issue, and will update this article in due time when more is known.
In the meantime, we suggest the following actions:
- Attempt to recover the password using Forgot your password? at account.ultimaker.com
- Use an alternative email from a different provider to sign up for an Ultimaker account
