ER24 - An incorrect build plate temperature is specified

If this error shows up after starting a print, it means that the set build plate temperature is too low. This error is caused by a problem in the gcode, when the build plate temperature is specified as below 0 ºC.

Check your print settings in Ultimaker Cura to ensure you have not accidentally set the build plate temperature to a negative value.

The gcode file may also be corrupted. In this case, try reslicing the object and saving a new print file. When printing via USB, always ensure to safely eject the USB device.

Tip: This does not refer to an incompatibility warning. For example, when using a non-recommended, too low build plate temperature for a certain material. Printing ABS, PC, or CPE+ on a cold build plate will almost certainly fail, but you are free to adjust the build plate temperature settings in Ultimaker Cura (0 - 115 ºC). Check the default profiles or the Material section for recommendations per Ultimaker material.
