ER23 - An incorrect print temperature is specified

If this error shows up after starting a print, it means that the temperature set for one of the print cores is set too low or too high. This error is caused by a problem in the gcode, when the print core temperature is specified as below 0 ºC or above 350 ºC.

Normally, these values are blocked in Ultimaker Cura, as these are impossible to reach, but negative values are possible to select for Printing Temperature Initial Layer. Check your print settings in Ultimaker Cura to ensure you have not accidentally set a negative value.

It is possible that this is in the gcode header, when the file has been modified, or the gcode file may be corrupted. In this case, try reslicing the object and saving a new print file. When printing via USB, always ensure to safely eject the USB device.

Please ensure to include the error number (ERXX) and your printer's log files.
