If you have issues when trying to sign in to your UltiMaker Account, use these steps to reset it and regain access:
- Navigate to account.ultimaker.com.
- Enter the email address associated with your UltiMaker Account and click Next.
- If you can't remember the password to log in, click Forgot password?
- Enter your email address again to request a password reset and click Submit.
Tip: You can also click this link to go directly to the password reset request.
You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Follow these instructions and choose a new secure password.
Note: Do not click the blue Log in button in the top-right corner of this knowledgebase. This is for UltiMaker employees and partners only. If you see the Salesforce login screen below, do not attempt to reset your password because that will not work.

I did not receive a reset email
If you do not see the password recovery email in your inbox, please check your spam folder or ensure that you do not have any filters active that may prevent the email from showing up.
Note: The password recovery system will not notify you if the email address is not used by an account. recovery emails are only sent to existing accounts.
Ensure that you typed in the correct email address and that you did not make any typing errors. If you are sure you entered the address correctly, the UltiMaker Account may not exist. Try registering for a new account at account.ultimaker.com. If you do not receive a popup stating You already have an account after entering your email address, you can create a new account.
